2 Day Course Description

Gain valuable hands on experience identifying project requirements and turning them into a realistic work breakdown structure which then becomes the foundation for all planning, tracking and control.  Throughout the course participants practice effective techniques for project time and cost control utilizing PMI sanctioned best practices.
